when i cough i tastes like romen noodles or soup is there anything i can do as i take nyquil and a lemon drink?

Need more info: If you have been coughing for more than 2 weeks, you should see your doctor for an evaluation. Regarding the taste , you may  drink water or lemon drink. Nyquil would not be a good idea.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

2 days ago i thought a maccoroni noodle went down the wrong tube and it felt stuck. xray was clear but today i have a dry cough.could it be in my lung?

Management: I would advise close follow up, since even with a clear chest radiograph, there can be a something lodged in the lower airway. 
If you have any persistent cough, especially without cold symptoms or worsening cough, please see your PCP.

Bronchitis: You may need a course of antibiotics and a sputum sample may be sent to the laboratory  for analysis. Watch for fever and problems breathing. A course of steroids, and screening for the use of Biologic therapy and Bronchial thermoplasty may be discussed with your asthma specialist.

Doubtful: You will be choking and coughing if the noodle is in your windpipe.  However if the lump sensation persists for more than 24  hours, check with your doctor.

i have a sore throat, stuffed head, cough, mucus on chest, and sometimes sweat some. the pollen count is high here. i have drank a lot of water and 7 up and chicken noodle soup. i have also been taking sudafed.

You : You should also take an allergy medication like Claritin (loratadine) or alavert. If you are still having these symptoms, you should see your doctor. At this point you could be dealing with a pharyngitis (throat infection), bronchitis (infection of upper airway) or even sinusitis (infection of the sinuses).

: Aspiration of any foreign material would trigger repetative coughing spells. If this episode did not I wouldn't worry about it. If you do develop episodic coughing spells see your doc &amp; explain your concern.

Yes: Mucus plugs may be associated with an inflamed airway. Infection should be ruled out and if you have asthma, this sometimes occurs. If so, your asthma medications may need to be adjusted.

Limit these: Almost anything can be adjusted to fit within a balanced diet.  The items you mention except the noodles are probably fatty and full of chemicals.  In limited amounts they can be not exactly healthy but not dangerous either.  Noodles can be a source of complex carbohydrates and they can be mixed in with many healthy menu choices.

Yes and no: While instant noodles are not generally harmful (otherwise, they would not be sold), they may not be the best type of food to eat in that they contain quite a bit of preservatives (salt, for example) that may not be the best thing to consume for certain categories of people (such as those with elevated blood pressure). Definitely, some people may be allergic to some preservatives used in those.

Diet in Pregnancy: A cup of noodles is fine for pregnant women. The only concern would be if you have diabetes of pregnancy.
