Sinus infection: Not sure about what you are asking, but here is my attempt.  Iv (intravenous) drip is not really used for sinus infection. Normal saline which is the most common IV solution is used to wash out the sinuses as squirts by yourself or in sinus surgery to clean out!

Limit exposures: Several things contribute to chronic sinus problems. Most issues are not truly infections, but usually more congestion. Avoid smoking and smoke exposure, explore allergies, consider nasal saline irrigation, and avoiding dairy products for 2 weeks (most adults have some version of milk allergy).Sometimes, recurrent issues can be from lacking some immunologic factors(iga, etc) may help identify.

See below: If the water reservoir is dirty or not cleaned properly it is possible.  Keep it clean by replacing the water every night in addition to cleaning it at least every week, otherwise bacteria and fungi can grow in it which may cause allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. So try to keep your CPAP machine in good shape and it will help!

Stuffy nose: With chronic sinus congestion, pressure changes in sinuses causes severe headaches sometimes. Relieve allergic rhinitis, clean out sinuses, do those nasal irrigations, take your allergy medicines, and your headaches will subside. Go on a plane or dive with sinus congestion and you will be in trouble from the change in pressure.

In short, no: A true bacterial sinus infection will not cause skin changes unless the infection spreads into the cheek.  This is usually with redness and swelling, no spasms. 

If you are having facial pain (often attributed to "sinusitis") and facial spasms, you may want to see a neurologist and/or an ENT doctor.

Yes: Allergens can produce migaines.  Also, the introduction of an allergen can produce swelling of the nasal passages and the openings from the nasal passages to your paranasal sinuses producing a sinus infection.

None in particular: If you're looking for natural, vitamins aren't the answer for sinus infections unfortunately.  Nasal saline irrigations (neilmed sinus rinse or neti pots) are all natural, over the counter, and have proven clinical efficacy in addressing allergic nasal disease and sinusitis.  I would definitely go with saline over vitamins.  Even probiotics would make more sense than vitamins.  Best of luck.
