Maca: This plant is a Peruvian vegetable that is related to a radish.  None of its purported uses have sufficient evidence to make it recommended, other than possibly enhancing male sexual desire.  There are concerns that maca may have estrogen like effects, making it not recommended for hormone-sensitive conditions such as breast/ovarian/uterine cancer, fibroids, or endometriosis.

Depends: What kind of cancer was it? How likely is it that the lesion was excised in its entirety? It may not be feasible to know if there is residual cancer that may have spread to other parts of the body. You should follow the visit schedule suggested by your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not to worry: Everyone who breathes or drinks from plastic or eats barbecued food has cancer-causing material in them. Statistically we do not see more cancers with people undergoing root canals. I wouldn't worry about it. Some people have cancer that occurs due to sun exposure and factors that we cannot prevent. It certainly isn't worth worrying about. Hope that helps.

Should be okay: Ginger root can help alleviate nausea. I don't see any problem if you want to take ginger root. You can also take it as ginger tea, ginger candy , besides the root. How bad is the liver function by the way?

Bad info: What are you reading, unfounded rumor monthly?  No, eliminating infection by doing root canal treatment makes you healthier.  Not treating the infection can allow the infection to spread to other organ systems.  Please see your dentist to assure that you are in optimum dental health, and good for you having root canal treatment!

Mesenteric adenitis: Maybe. Mesenteric adenitis (enlargement of lymph nodes in abdominal mesentery) is commonly seen in conditions that mimic acute appendicitis. When accompanied by inflammation of the ileum, ; crohn's disease has been excluded, consider bacterial infection caused by yersinia enterocolitica, campylobacter, salmonella. Adenitis may also reflect non-gi inflammatory processes in the abdomen.

my mom has found skin cancer spots and she has made her own "blood root remedity". she claims its working. is this safe? i'm very concerned.

Need pathology: There are several kinds of skin cancers. First, before any treatment is instituted, one must get the proper diagnosis.
