Probably -- but ?: Why did you stop the prozac (fluoxetine)?   And how are you with the symptoms for which it was prescribed?  Plus, what are you hoping maca will do for you?  All these things are best discussed with your own doctor, who knows you best.  If you were depressed, maca is not likely to help you with that, so i'm concerned that you might not be receiving treatment you need.  Be well.
