Pompe Disease: Lysosomes, which are within cells, breakdown substances using enzymes. In Pompe disease an enzyme called acid alpha-glucosidase either doesn't function correctly or there is too little of it. This causes glycogen to build up in lysosomes &amp; lead to cell damages which leads to tissue &amp; then organ damage.

Kabuki: The genetics of kabuki are unclear with some cases thought to be x-linked and others following an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritence.  It is estimated that 2/3 are related to a gene on chromosome 12 (mll2) which may be responsible for variable gene expression (epigenetics).  While epigenetic variation opens the door to many disorders, none of these directly related to glycosylation or lsd.

Leftose side effects: Lysozyme and Leftose used for Nasopharyngitis can cause dry eyes along with a host of other side effects.  It is also known to cause lacrimal sac irritation - dactyl cystitis.

Etoricoxib: Etoricoxib is not available In the United States- turned down by the FDA 7 years ago.  You could use ibuprofen as a n anti inflammatory.  Neither drug would directly treat bacterial infection.

i'm having seborrhoeic dermatitis and taking neurovit, apo-cetirizine, lysozyme 30mg.but i think i'm fever due to cold weather (i don't have a thermometer but i feel headache and dry-eyes).can i take acetaminophen-containing product at the same time?

Sure: Get a thermometer. You're taking a pricey mix of vitamins, an antihistamine, and lysozyme which is probably doing you no good. Seborrheic dermatitis is easily managed by evidence-based medicine -- what you're taking won't touch it but if you want "natural", you can choose from sulfur, coal tar, or a variety of other stuff that will. Best wishes.

Yes: Hiv mutates in response to HIV therapy.  If you're being treated without a complete response (partial suppression), the virus can mutate so it can replicate in the presence of the drugs.  This usually happens in people who don't take their medications properly.  They can then transmit the mutant virus to others.  Spontaneous mutation (mutation independent of therapy) has not been a big problem.
