However, "brisk lymphocytic infiltrate" is not usually a finding on pathology of a basal cell carcinoma.  It is more often seen and noted in melanomas.  I would discuss this with your doctor for more precise clarification.

One staging system is rai 0 to iv. Treatment ranges from observation (rai 0-1) to various tx individualized to pt.

Your oncologist can: Ask your treating doctor. The stages of cll are based on the extent of disease which requires both blood tests as well as physical exam and ct scans of the chest and abdomen to look for lymph node enlargement and or splenomegaly.
