Normal size: As far as size your lymph nodes ,they seem to be normal. If there is a history of a tick bite and a local rash see your PCP for further tests and possible treatment. In other words I do not see a connection in between Lyme and 2 symmetric lymph nodes. The history is critical in diagnosing Lyme disease.

Lyme rash: A bull-s eye rash typical of lyme disease can beome infected. The bacterial cause is usually staph or strep which the usual antibiotic, doxycycline, does not cover. An additional antibiotic maybe needed. Please consult your doctor.

: The lighter area in the middle which makes this look like a target, could indicate Lyme disease. You should be seen by a Dr in person ASAP for an evalution and possible antibiotic treatment.

Other options: Always best to ask you personal physician due to interactions,renal and liver disease ect..
Omega 3 s have some anti inflammatory effects - fish oil,chia seeds etc.
Also Tumeric may help some anti inflammatory effects.
Eat colorable fruits ans veggies such as blueberry,strawberries,cherries,tomatoes etc for well balanced meal as well as antioxidants
