after taking lydia pills and bleeding for 6 days,i had sex the next day thinking i was done with the bleeding, but i saw blood after and during sex a foul scent came out.it seem like my ph had changed. and i have pains in the right side of my belly?

: See a gynecologist or go to the urgent care if pain and foul odor get worse or persist beyond next 24 hours because pelvic inflammatory disease can't be ruled out. You can apply warm pad and take OTC analgesic in the mean time. Good luck.

i have hemorrhoids and just finished my course of suppositories but they are still swollen and painful,  do i need to see another doctor for a second opinion?

Hemorrhoids : In addition to the use of lubricating suppositories, it is important to add lots of fiber to your diet, lots of fluids, sit in a very warm bath at least 2-3 times daily, add more exercise to your daily routine, consider an over-the-counter probiotic daily to help with colon health. If all of these suggestions are followed and symptoms continue, consider a followup face-to-face appointment.

am 30yrs in my high chance of getting preg had my first unprotected sex around 1:45am and took plan b (lydia) around 7:45pm.
have tested negative for blood pregnancy test and my period is delayed for 9days now.
am really worried please?

Plan B ?'s: Even if your menstrual cycle is fairly regular, stress (work, school, etc.) will sometimes delay ovulation, which in turn delays the next menstrual event.  A "blood pregnancy test" measures HCG, and it is very accurate.  If your period does not occur in the next week, repeat the blood pregnancy test, and if negative, see your gyn for further testing.

i am coming off lyrica (pregabalin) after being on it for 5wks to stop nerve pain cycle. halved my dose to come off slowly 150-75 per day, how long b4 pain returns?

New soap?: Itchiness could be due to a new soap, detergent, type of sanitary pad or panty liner. It also could be due to a yeast infection. It could even be due to pubic lice!  If you have changed soaps or detergents stop.  Check for lice. If you have a thick white discharge try an over the counter treatment for vaginal yeast infections.  If none of this fits, see your doc.

hallo. i've have a bump on my labia minora near my clit for a year i think but it was painless but for a couple days now it has a dull pain near it when i urinate and wipe and i'm only 17 and behind my pubic bone hurts.... :/ :(?

Gynecologist: Consult a gynecologist as soon as possible to examine this lump. It may be a benign cyst that has become inflamed or infected. In the meantime apply warm,moist complexes and try not to irritate the urethra. You may take Tylenol as needed for pain relief. I'm concerned about the associated pain behind the public bone.

Likely yeast: Red and itchy is almost always yeast. But it could also be an allergic reaction, or something else.  Daktacort contains both an anti-yeast and a steroid, so in theory it should address the two main issues.  Unfortunately, there is a lot of "resistant" yeast in the world, which the Daktacort may not kill.  I would recommend seeing a GYN for an exam, to rule out other problems.
