New soap?: Itchiness could be due to a new soap, detergent, type of sanitary pad or panty liner. It also could be due to a yeast infection. It could even be due to pubic lice! If you have changed soaps or detergents stop. Check for lice. If you have a thick white discharge try an over the counter treatment for vaginal yeast infections. If none of this fits, see your doc.
