Lycra: You may have irritated your skin, you should apply a moisturizer and perhaps a steroid cream to alleviate your rash, it is not necessarily an allergy.

Different: they are completely different medications. cymbalta is a mood medication known as a SNRI that also helps modulate and decrease pain signals. lyrica (pregabalin) is an anticonvulsant that effects nerves by decreasing the release of neurotransmitters that send pain signals. both can be very helpful for fibromyalgia and neuropathies.

Other RLS treatments: Treatment of Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS can be very difficult.  Options include medications such as gabapentin or Lyrica, (pregabalin) which help with sensations (burning, tingling).  Requip and Mirapex, two Parkinson's disease medications, have also been used.  Some cases of RLS respond to over-the-counter supplements such as iron or magnesium oxide--discuss with your doctor which is right/safe for you.

Maybe.: It is not commonly used for anxiety, but there is some general experience that it can be used to reduce anxiety. Work with your doctor to give it a try.

will labra tear on shoulder that is detached heal with phyiscal thearpy? 6 weeks of pt with slight improvement. surgery suggested.

It depends: How well it heals depends  on many factors, including how bad the tear  was, your shoulder health  prior to the injury, and how well  you comply with the rest and  PT program.  They do take a long time to heal.  If they do not heal, significant strength and movement restrictions and  pain may occur.
