?: I am puzzled by your question and can only guess that you are questioning whether working in a medical field makes you more prone to lupus. If this is what you are asking, then the answer is low.  In fact, I know of no occupation causing one to get lupus.  However if you have a strong family history of autoimmune diseases, then you may be at a somewhat higher risk to develop the condition.

Need more info: The auxilliary SVC would not cause lupus. The former is a  structural congenital anomaly of developmental anatomy/embryology. The latter is an acquired collagen vascular disease related to auto-immunity. Can't comment on your other medical issues without more information.

my md has recommended that i work from home during the pandemic due to lupus &my medical history. how do  i mentally deal with those few individuals who dont understand because i look healthy, am not elderly but have no idea what ive been through?
