I have a second superior vena cava and i also have lupus and other health issues. i'm just curious if my heart annomoly has anything to do with my medical issues.

Need more info: The auxilliary SVC would not cause lupus. The former is a structural congenital anomaly of developmental anatomy/embryology. The latter is an acquired collagen vascular disease related to auto-immunity. Can't comment on your other medical issues without more information.
