Cause: When you have an injury to buy the skull bone or near any bone you can get formation of a hard calcium deposit as it heals causing  as hard lump

i've recently found 4 hard lumps on the base of the back part of my skull. they seem to of moved from the top of my neck. anything to be worried about?

Lymph nodes maybe?: Soft  lumps especially paired at the base of the skull could be occipital lymph nodes ! no mention if on  top of skin within the skin or below! but any worries  please  have an md  look at for reassurance ! regards.

i have 2 lumps that my barber noticed on the back of my head. they are painless. can the skull change shape as we age?

Not really: but we may NOTICE "bumps" we have never felt before! If these bumps are BONY not to worry! If softer they may be lymph glands  and these drain the scalp so your barber usually  will notice any sores or inflammation on your scalp!

it has to do with migraines. can or do they cause lumps on your skull, i've notice since my migraines started over the years the middle of my head has?

Lumps: I dont believe migraines will cause lumps on your skull. Visit a dermatologist to determine if those lumps are sebaceous cysts.

Cysts can mimic: At times , hair follicles or sebaceous cysts can cause lumps to form in the scalp.  If they are multiple or enlarging, get them looked at.

I would get them che: Painless lumps at the base of the neck could represent a variety of different things including cancer. Generally red swollen and painful lymph nodes might represent infection however painless swellings may be more concerning.

: If those are located at the hairline they are likely reactive lymph nodes. Lymph nodes are always there but much smaller but they get bigger and tender when you have a viral infection or scalp infection. No treatment is required.
