Probably a cyst: These can get infected and need treated with antibiotics. They can grow and get larger. They may need to be surgically removed. Your doctor can evaluate and treat.

This condition can affect the hair and skin on any part of the body, including the scalp. Scalp folliculitis is characterized by the appearance of small, white or yellowish pustules, that resemble acne. The pustules can be quite itchy and painful at times. Treatment is oral antibiotics.

They can't find any: Thing wrong!   this is the title of a book and a bigger theme in medicine. Assuming you indeed have had all the tests, stress could be the cause of the head heaviness and fatigue.  Stress can cause a lot of physical symptoms.  Appropriately, you've had tests and seen doctors to exclude a serious medical condition. Now you need a doctor to help you with stress and tension, most likely.

my son has a lump under skin, back of neck near hair line, pea size maybe. what would cause a lump there? lymph nodes? we found it this morning. 
he was claiming his vision was blurry right eye as well?

Neck lump: In this region, ingrown hair or inclusion cyst are common. Enlarged lymph nodes are usually located on the sides of the neck rather than the midline. Visual blurring is best evaluated by an ophthalmologist and would be unrelated to the neck lesion. A physician would have to examine the neck lesion in order to make a diagnosis.

Cysts and lymphnodes: We have only few glands in the back of neck and swelling/lumps you feel are often from sebaceous cyst, which if infected can cause pain and may look like the one in picture here. Lymphnodes are typically small and mobile but can get larger and sore if there is infection near-by the area. If it is bothering you, get it checked. Boil can be lanced and may need antibiotic. Consult doc. Good luck.
