Your headaches sound somewhat migrainous in nature but you should seek further evaluation and consider an eye examination, lab tests, and an MRI if warranted by history and physical exam. There are treatments that may be beneficial.

Neuralgia: Your location may fit the anatomy of the greater occipital nerve, and could be a problem coming from where the neck and base of skull come together.  Alternatively, this may be referred pain from neck arthritis.
Focal occipital headaches may also be seen in thoracic outlet syndrome.  Get a physical exam and then appropriate therapy.

: Bad headache likely related to food issue.  Could also be many other things. CVOID-19 test negative?. Did you get you flu shot?   If so, not likely flu. Anyone else sick in family or at work? What is going around where you live. Ask a health care provider. Could be Berry aneurysm but rare. Meningitis if going around there?
