Associated symptoms: It depends on when these lesions started and if there are other associated symptoms like being teary, having sticky eyelids... Best option is to see the Eye Doctor for evaluation and management.

Tear gland: It sounds like the location of your lacrimal glands(tear glands).  These are soft, yellowish glands in the upper, outer areas of both eyes underneath your lids.  They can be various sizes and shapes, but typically are mobile, "squishy", and not tender.  If painful or tender this could be infected tear glands or possibly chalazia(styes).

Dental appointment: Could be a benign boney prominences called tori, but it would be best to see your dentist and have them looked at to be sure. Usually, a torus is in the middle at the edge of the hard palate, not on either side.

Yes- Torus?: If it is a mandibular torus, which is merely some excess bone, it is completely benign and nothing to be concerned with.  In fact, there is no reason to even monitor it.  Without actually personally examining you and seeing x-rays of the area, there is no way to know for sure that's what you have.  Ask your dentist if that is what it is or does he\she suspect anything else.

Cyst: Lump in the eye lid for 5 yrs not bothering probably a cyst or sometimes hard plaques like lesion happens in patients with high cholesterol.

Stye or chalazion: A lump in the eyelid is caused by an infection either in the eyelid skin (stye) or one of the meibomian glands inside the eyelid (chalazion).  A stye will tend to resolve in several days, but a chalazion will usually persist.  Try using warm compresses to help reduce the size of the lump and the inflammation associated with it.

Stye?: If it is under the skin, and does not hurt, it could be a chalazion (otherwise known as a stye). You can try using warm compresses to see if it goes away.  If it does not, you should see your eye doctor.
