Close Follow up.: The mass in that location usually is a hematoma.  The trauma of the procedure would indicate that it is a hematoma.
Needs to watch closely to see that it doesn't expand.  I would not attempt to drain the mass until it is very soft.  It probably is to large to be self absorbed.  Follow-up with the person that did the vasectomy.

likely normal : Right above testicle is structure “ epididymis “ . It feels like small lump . Our bodies are not 100% symmetrical and one testicle or “ epididymis “ can slightly vary in size . If painful or getting bigger .. whatever other concern see your doctor. Very rare but dangerous is “ Seminoma “ - testicular cancer specific to young man . Any new lump should be examined promptly.

Epididymal cyst: What you describe is likely an epididymal cyst.  These are benign and do not need treatment.  Just to be safe, you should let your physician check it though.

In this case yes.: US is used to help determine if a mass is a cancer or something less concerning. Cancer begins initially when cells stop communicating with their neighbors and start to grow faster then the rest. Before developing into a cancer the growing mass must be able to recruit blood vessels otherwise it cannot progress. Regular, smooth shape, freely mobile are all good signs if present.

Cyst likely: Cysts contain watery fluid &amp; no blood vessels thus no blood flow. Lining of cyst is very thin &amp; has blood vessels &amp; flow but flow insufficient 2B detected by U/S. Suggest consult your "anxiety" Dr. if it's not adequately controlled. Good Luck.

Get checked: Although there are a number of benign conditions that may cause a lump on or near the testes, you should have this examined by a doctor. Appropriate exam and testing can then occur to rule out cancer.

Scar/blood clot: Probably scar tissue related to the suture material, the normal healing process, and/or a blood clot. Probably not dangerous. See your surgeon for an exam to be sure.

Watch and wait: What you described does not seem to be a cause for concern. You may watch and wait. If the lump doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, or ulcerates, see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i noticed marble sized flat and movable lump on the left top side of my testicle sac. its not painful. what is it?

Sensitive testicles: There is no medical condition or concern with symptoms only when you touch something on your body and at no other time. Usually when someone tells a doctor something hurts when I do "this" the doctor advises the patient to stop doing "that".  Sounds like the next time you see your doctor you should mention this.
