Depends on when: If you have a small lump right after the biopsy for some days or a week, that would be normal swelling after the trauma of the biopsy.  If you have a lump there weeks or months later, that is not normal, and you should see your doctor about it.  Of course it would help to know why you had a bone biopsy.

Depends on location: Some parts of the lower leg are easily felt through the skin.  If one side is different from the other or you have any pain or discomfort, have it evaluated.

Popliteal lesions: Is the symptom only at rest or while active?  Popliteal space is behind the knee.  Baker's cysts compress the tibial nerve, adventitial cystic disease of the popliteal artery and popliteal entrapment (artery compression by the popliteus muscle) should be in the differential diagnosis.  Possible patellar (knee) arthritis or tibial nerve injury can also be assessed.

Hematoma residual: Likely the hit to the shin resulted in a hematoma, or collection of blood under the skin over the bone.  These collections of blood clot up and heal but can leave scars, in the forms of lumps under the skin.  Sometimes they can calcify.  In most cases, the lump is inconsequential.  In time with gentle deep circular massage, the lump can recess.

Cyst ?: that could be a fatty cyst developed from an old injury or infection that happened in that area,it's the body's way of protecting itself by in- capsulating that foreign object to isolated from the body ,being movable is good, but I would have it examined by your doctor next time you're having a checkup.

No special diet: Don't really need any special diet assuming your injuries are healed. Just follow a balanced sensible diet with fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein sources. Also remember to avoid dehydration.

Depends: Certainly should be examined by physician to determine possibilities for etiology and treatment. Sometimes imaging is necessary to determine possible causes. In some individuals repetitive activity can cause stress related bone injuries or shin splints and fractures. Many soft tissue abnormalities related to nerves and blood vessels can cause problems. See your physician.

since 5, everytime my brother makes too much effort, in the evening he gets terrible leg bone aches that even wake him up! why? what's wrong with him?

Growth spurt: If your brother is going through a growth spurt the bones grow faster then the muscles so the muscles are a little too short to work well.  They are then overworked and at night they cramp up and cause pain.  This condition usually corrects itself as the muscles get longer with normal growth.
Please have him checked by his Pediatrician to make sure that he is OK and that this is normal for him.

This : This type of sharp, shooting pain is characteristic of sciatic nerve pain. This pain can subside over time and with massage. However if it persists, do see a doctor. Sharp, shooting pains are typically associated with sustained pressure to the nerves or a herniated disk.
