Lump Chest: this is not pneumonia. Pneumonia is an infection of the lung itself which is inside the chest cavity. You should have this painful lump evaluated by your doctor.

Maybe: There are many reasons for lumps on bones .  A standard x-ray may not provide all the answers . Ct is better. As for tb?  Well skin is best. See for doctor for that.

Recommend ultrasound: Soft tissue abnormalities unless they contain calcium  are not seen by x-ray. Ultrasound can characterize cysts, solid tumors, cartilage abnormalities, etc.Utrasound is used more and more in defining soft tissue ligamentous and cartilaginous problems. Sometimes MRI is necessary.

Atypical chestpain: Right sided chest pain most probably not from the heart. If associated with a lump may be localized infection, inflammation, hernia or could be muscular pain. Physical exam would help to narrow down the diagnosis

NO, not always: Few things in medicine are "always" anything. Some benign tumors can be hard and fixed. Obviously it is important to get this further evaluated and you may not know what it is for sure until it is excised. Try not to worry too much as there is a reasonable chance it is not malignant.

: Difficult to imagine without a picture. In most cases of protruding chest bones, the individual is underweight and non muscular. Normalizing weight and adding muscle will alleviate the appearance of a protruding chest bone.
