Teen cancer is rare: The normal hard lumps in the head and neck are bones, which are symmetrical (left side same as right side). A newly-found hard lump should be evaluated to see if it is bone, or more commonly a lymph node or a cyst. A lymph node on the back skull can fee like rubber bean. If worried, an ENT doctor can look at it, and advise on whether to watch it or remove it. If truly bone, a scan may be needed.

Many Possibilities: There are a large number of possibilities.  If it isn't growing and doesn't seem tender or painful, then it likely is not an aggressive problem.  However, you should talk to your primary doctor about getting imaging or going to see a Neurosurgeon

Possible sinusitis: This can be due to an infection in the sphenoid sinus which is in back of the skull. If you've had a recent upper respiratory infection, this would be a likely cause of the headache. Discuss this with your physician who will order the appropriate tests and treatment as well as refer you to an otolaryngologist or neurologist depending on his/her assessment. In the meantime, stop smoking.

Tension headache: has qualities that set it apart form common and classic migraine:  Typically it evolves slowly over hours. (VS minutes for migraine) There is often a band like constricting quality. Sleep does not help (as with migraine) I suggest you try butalbital and massage therapy, and if that does not work consider seeing a headache specialist.

Pinched Nerve: A pinched nerve in the neck can cause temporary and limited episodes of dizziness but it shouldn't necessarily persist as long periods of dizziness. There might be something else going on if that is the case, including a diskmpronlem with nerve or vascualr compromise. If the dizziness doesn't clear expeditiously, i would make an appointment to see a neurologist and have it thoroughly checked out.

Hard to say: Any possible lump should be further evaluated by your PCP as well as with possible imaging.  Your prior brain MRI may or may not have included this area on the margin of the skull and you'll need a consult to see if your area of concern was covered on that MRI scan.

Yes: Depending on what it is could grow larger. Need a photo or consult a doctor for diagnosis.
Possibilities include pimple, cyst, lipoma, carbuncle.
Each possibility is treated differently.

Infected cyst: Probably infected sebaceous cyst. Needs to be excised (cut out) by your friendly general surgeon

Eval: Don't know where on the lower back it is. If it is in the area of the gluteal cleft (butt crack) it could be a pilonidal cyst. Cysts can develop on others areas of the back as well as lipomas. Most are more rounded in shape (not angular). Your doctor should be able to help identify the lesion. Take care.

Hemorrhoid: It sounds like a hemorrhoid. Please see a doctor for confirmation. Prevent constipation, drink lots of water, place a nice pack. Decrease your spicy food intake. This is a chronic condition that can be managed by lifestyle change and if it gets worse can be surgically removed easily. No stress.
