The lump is likely to be a lymph gland. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

Hernia?: If you lie flat on your back, with legs relaxed but flexed, does the "lump" eventually disappear? If so, it is most likely a hernia and should be evaluated by a surgeon. If not or unsure, see your dr or urgent care for evaluation and referral prior to onset of problems.

Lunp: That needs to be looked at by your PCP so the appropriate referral can be put into place. Hard to know of it a mass, tumor, cyst, hernia etc.

Hematology/Oncology: It sounds like you have enlarging lymph nodes in various parts of your body. This could reflect a lymphatic abnormality like lymphoma or the like. It would be appropriate to see a hematologist/oncologist (blood and cancer type doctor.) It might be something less worrisome, but it is  worth looking into.

Lymph nodes?: It is always concerning to have swollen lymph nodes so it is important to see your doctor to be sure it is not that. It could also be cysts, or a condition called hidradenitis suppurativa (acne inversa). This also requires specialized treatment, so you'll want to see a dermatologist for sure to get a diagnosis and proper therapy.

Likely lymph node: Needs to be checked by your doctor. May need an excision biopsy, by general surgeon, in cae of lymphoma or other malignancy. Good luck.
