Simple vs serious: Our bodies always have things that grow and change. Skin, fat, muscle, lymph nodes,  bones, can change shape, get larger, more prominent due to many factors. The vast majority are not cancer but simply unusual growths like fatty tumors, cysts, skin tags, moles, etc.  Most cause no symptoms and can be watched.  If they cause symptoms or change colors, bleed, bruise or hurt, then see your doctor.

Sebacous cyst: Yes it is what we called sebaceous cyst which is a oil gland cyst leave it alone try not to squeezed it other wise might get infected
very binign.

BENIGN lymph node: A 'pea' size lump on the back of the head is probably a benign reactive lymph node. Lymph nodes are 'part of the immune system' and are there to help fight colds and other infections.   A small (sebaceous) cyst is also possible.  You should get seen if the lump grows, gets red/painful or if you are concerned. Hope the little one is better!

hard lump on head is fixed not mobile. two doctors have said cyst to ignore it but it's hard and under skin doesn't feel like a cyst should i see 3rd?

Lump: The question is do you know what a cyst feels like?  If two doctors have examined you and said it is a cyst, what happens when you go to the third and he says it is a cyst?  Do you then go to the fourth?  You either need at some point to believe them or not. If you don't believe them then do you keep going to doctors until you find one that tells you what you want? Get it removed!

Subcutaneous tissue: Some of the tissue just under the skin. This is normal after an i;d. It will heal.

why dont doctors do biopsies if you have a lump on your head and it dont move around like a cyst would.how can i get a doctor that will do that? are they too busy with covid to help me out? is that why they wont do what theyre supposed to do?

EIC?: Probably an epidermal inclusion cyst.  These are benign.  If it's bothering you, see a urologist who can safely remove it for you.  Best of luck.

Now worries: A cyst under the skin is not in contact with the brain. In order to reach the brain it would have to go through the  skull and many layers in between .  It is harmless .

Multiple causes: Lumps under the skin in the scalp can have multiple causes including pilar cysts, sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cysts, lipomas, lymph nodes or other growth. You often cannot be certain what it is without taking a sample. Have the area evaluated by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for removal and analysis by a dermatopathologist.
