i've had what's felt like groin pain off and on for a couple months. recently it's felt like a pulled groin muscle & today i noticed a small lump?

i fell and hurt my groin. i noticed a small  lump that got a little smaller its like a size of a marble. could it be a strain or pulled muscle ?

Likely a lymph node: You likely pulled a muscle and the small lump is a lymph node that came up as part of your body's response to injury. The fact that it is getting smaller is reassuring. It will likely resolve by itself. If it doesn't go away in a few weeks or starts getting bigger, you should see a doctor as it may imply an infection or even a tumor.

i have a barely visible lump on my left upper thigh beside groin. i don't know if it's normal muscle or hernia. when i touch it, it feels like normal muscle and not rigid. i can feel it on right thigh too and it's only slightly visible in left thigh?

Sacroileitis?: If could b a # of things, sacro-ileitis being one. Or it could be disc of lumbosacral spine. An ortho doc can do certain maneuvers on you to diagnosis. You might need an MRI of the lower back and pelvis.

Not sure: Your information indicates that you've had thyroid cancer along with the rest of these symptoms.  Pea sized groin lumps would probably not be related -- but you need to see your physician for an evaluation about these other symptoms.  Persistent nausea, bruising, and weight loss, etc are concerning.

Well if it is for: sure a lipoma you don't have to do anything, but if it is causing pain you may want it removed.

Testicular pain: Sounds like you have orchitis or epididymo-orchitis  - inflammation of the tetis and/or epididymis. You should get a proper evaluation and treatment with your doctor.

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells and digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

The best recommendation is to see your physician for evaluation.

See a doctor but: it sounds like it could be an inguinal hernia. Other possibilities include abscess (infection), swollen lymph node, fungal infection, or varicocele/hydrocele. A physical exam could likely sort it out, and if it is a hernia that is causing pain or symptoms you may need surgery to fix it. Good luck!
