See a doctor but: it sounds like it could be an inguinal hernia. Other possibilities include abscess (infection), swollen lymph node, fungal infection, or varicocele/hydrocele. A physical exam could likely sort it out, and if it is a hernia that is causing pain or symptoms you may need surgery to fix it. Good luck!
