Worrisome: Based on your age I would be less concerned about breast cancer, but you describe a hard lump so this concerns me. Is the area red or painful? This might indicate infection; please see a doctor

Please go to ER: Could be a number of things that need to be evaluated right away. These are very unusual symptoms. Usually redness and pain is present with infection. The symptoms you describe could be due to subcutaneous emphysema, air trapped under the skin. Usually occurs in the chest and neck area. Skin would feel crackly to touch.

Chest Wall Pain: This sounds like costochondritis, which means that you have some inflammation and pain of the fibrous joints of the anterior ribs just a short distance from the breast bone.  It is usually very tender to press on the spot that is causing the pain.  
Avoid over stressing with exercise, lifting etc.  Heat/cold packs alternating may help.  Advil, or aleve (naproxen) type meds help to reduce the inflammation etc.

Lymoh node: Had to say without doing an exam, but most likely an infected lymph node.  Put warm washcloth on it.  Should get smaller with time.  Go to doctor if it gets much bigger.

i have multiple lumps in my breasts as well as breast pain. newly prominent veins, bone aches, chest pains, and my collarbone has ached for two days.

See doctor: Breasts can be very lumpy and sometimes the cystic changes are painful.  Usually painful lumps are not worriesome.  I would try taking some ibuprofen and evening primrose oil.  Make an appointment to see your doctor in the next 1-2 weeks.

i have lump in my chest. its been there since 2020 i had a chest x-ray back then came back clean. its about 2 1/2 to 3 inches below the bone of my neck above my left breast. could this be cancer? it hurt then. now 2 days ago i started having pain?

: It's unclear as to the actual location of the lump. If it's within the chest wall, an X-Ray of the lung isn't enough of an evaluation. A physician would palpate it&amp; advise you of the diagnosis or whether a surgeon is best to advise you about it. Since you're experiencing pain, I recommend a reevaluation by a physician or surgeon.

i have a lump in my chest that i can feel. its above my left breast but below my collar bone by my sternum. my chest x-ray came back clear. it was painful when the dr pushed on it. going for an ultrasound in the am. what can be seen on that?
