Skin boil: This is likely just a skin infection called a boil.  Given the redness of the skin and the drainage of pus, it must be seen, drained and you likely need to be on oral antibiotics - call your doctor for an appointment!

Needs an examination: There is nothing to be ashamed of. Doctors are trained to see all sorts of things. It sounds like you may be seeing some blocked glands ---kind of like small pimples. Someone needs to do an exam though to see exactly what you are referring to. A proper diagnosis can then be made and a treatment plan created.

Will stop soon.: It seems that you had a furuncle that you popped. The bleeding will stop soon. You can apply a band aid to help it to stop bleeding or apply pressure with a sterile piece of gauze to help stop the bleeding quicker. You should watch the lesion, if gets more red and sore you will need to be seen for treatment with antibiotics.
