Need exam to know...: This could be one of a number of things.  Some common possibilities are your cervix, a Bartholin Gland cyst, or stool in the rectum.  If it doesn't go away on its own, you can make an appointment with your Ob/Gyn to get an exam and find out.  Best wishes!

: Vaginal lumps or sores sometimes happen for no reason &amp; resolve spontaneously. However, some may be caused by skin disorders or they may be symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection or other illness. Cysts, vulvovaginitis &amp; infected lesions are among possible causes. I therefore suggest you get an exam from a gynecologist as soon as possible to be properly diagnosed &amp; treated. I wish you well!

Not typically: I doubt hysterectomy itself is the cause of your current issues. Possibly the reason the hysterectomy was done for didn't resolve and is now causing your problem, but that remains to be elucidated by your doc.

Vaginal "lumps": By your description, the "small white round lumps" may be what is called "wart virus" , or HPV. This is acquired by sexual contact, and is treatable.  Go to Hunterdon County Regional hospital to the gyn clinic for an exam to be certain.  Hope you are a "Red Devils" fan !
