Lumps/labia Majora: There are two openings (one each side) around your vagina called bartholin's glands and two around your pee hole called skene's glands. All these can get blocked and cause cysts. These can normally be felt through your labia majora. It certainly sounds like this can be what you are having. A doctor can treat it.

Not cancer: What you described are likely to be Bartholin cysts. These are harmless, unless there is infection. It would be prudent to consult your gynecologist and consider getting these treated before infection makes it a complicated issue.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Bartholin gland: It could be an inflammation of the Bartholin gland. If you are sexually active, then it is more likely. If the lesion does not subside in a day or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor. If you get fever, purulent discharge or bleeding from the lesion, you may wish to go to a hospital emergency room for treatment.

Several possibilitie: An exam is the next step. A small cyst is more likely than a lymph node.  Could be a labial cyst or something called a Bartholin's cyst. Depending on the location it could be a genital wart or other growth. An exam is the way to figure this out.
