Lumps/labia Majora: There are two openings (one each side) around your vagina called bartholin's glands and two around your pee hole called skene's glands. All these can get blocked and cause cysts. These can normally be felt through your labia majora. It certainly sounds like this can be what you are having. A doctor can treat it.
