See your dentist: Seek the care of your dentist.  This can simply be the salivary ducts, but it is always better to visually check first with the dentist.  The dentist can perform an oral cancer examination with a veloscope or with visilite procedure in addition to manually palpation of the area in question.

i have a small lump under my tongue like an alsore but doesnt hurt, is very red. its not in the tongue but floor of mouth. what can it be.

See your dentist: It could be a blocked mucous or salivary duct, mucocele or any other pathology or even normal anatomical structure. It is always recommended to check with your dentist or PCP  and have it checked out.

See a doctor: there is a list of ten different things, that could be the reason for these symptoms, from strep throat, to a candida in the mouth, to STD, so go, and see a doctor for appropriate evaluation, and examination, and proper treatment.

Depends: On where it is and how long it has been there. Can be a calcific plug in a salivary gland or more serious so more information is needed on its location and duration. See your ent/oral surgeon.

Lots of things: Could be a small boney protuberance called a torus, a blocked swollen minor salivary gland, a draining abscessed tooth, a gum infection, or one of innumerable types of lesions.  Has to be examined to be diagnosed.  Please call your dentist for an appointment.

i have small bumps in the back of my throat for a month now. recently  i experience  ear pain in both ears. also i have few small red lumps in the floor of mouth and also a white patch..wht could all this cause..i know  oral cancer has these signs.?

Oral cancer: First, oral cancer at your age, unless you smoke (anything) or abuse alcohol, is rare. Greater probability that you may be dealing with an infection. Please see both your Dentist and you Physician for examinations. Once cause can be determined, appropriate treatment can be administered.

Bumps: Could be minor salary glands. Hard lump could be stone in submandibular gland duct. Should have this checked by ENT as small salivary gland tumors can occur in floor of mouth
