Hard to say: With just the description you gave it is hard to say.  These lumps could be lipomas (benign fatty tumors) or they could be cysts (maybe less likely). Having them examined by your primary care doctor would help you figure this out.

My first guess is the solar plexus one is your xiphoid process which is part of your breast bone.  The arm one most likely fat growth call a lipoma. Soon will be able to send pictures here and this will help our end a lot. A picture is worth....

Of concern!: You may not have a serious problem but one cannot take that chance.  Any lump under the arm of a 52 y/o female with associate pain and radiation of pain demands a good exam by a physician and probable other studies such as a mammogram, an ultrasound if indicated and perhaps even an MRI of the breast and perhaps a biopsy.  If this is a cyst or infection, other treatments may be simple & all u need.

Longer tx: You sound like you have a chronic problem with what sounds to be boils. See your doctor for treatment you may need to stay on antiobiotic For a longer time. You may also need to stop shaving and change deodorant

Needs to be examined: Any lump or suspected lump need to be checked by a physician. So go pay a visit and find out what it might be. He/she may do an imaging study like an Ultrasound examination to verify its nature.

Probably a rib: It is possible to pop a rib out of joint from the sternum (your breast bone).  However, if the bump is new, it'd probably be worth your time to have a doctor lay hands on it to confirm my suspicion.

Be seen: There are many possibilities, and the lump near your elbow may not be connected with your other complaints.  A pinched nerve in the neck can cause pain down the arm.  A problem in the shoulder such as a rotator cuff problem can cause shoulder pain with difficulty raising the arm.  Many more possibilities.  A detailed exam would go a long way in determining the likely diagnosis, be seen.
