Most likely not: mass in the armpit for a five years most likely is a benign lipoma.
you can have a physician have it removed if it is bothering you so much.
it could be extra mammary gland, if you noticed that it will get bigger and noticeable only while you are pregnant.
your doctor can assure you or treat you.

Lactiferous duct: A blocked or infalammed kactiferous dut can cause a tender breast lump or cyst. The lactiferous ducts carry the milk from the mamary gland to the sinuses behind the areola. Picture a tree where the roots are the sinuses and openings in the nipple and  the branches and leaves are the mammary glands and lactiferous ducts.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Usually we recommend you wait 6 weeks after delivery to start up your exercise regimen. This allows your ligaments and tendons, which did soften during pregnancy, to return to their normal strength. If  you had a c-section then you may want to ease back a little slower, taking into consideration the abdominal incision. Short answer though: yes.

Many things: Bleeding, infection, blood clots, embolisms heart attack and many more. Child birth can be very hard for some women. This is especially true for women that have chronic illness before and during their pregnancy such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and other illnesses.

Depression?: If you mean you are feeling down or blue it's very common after a delivery. Hopefully you have some help, try to walk some and get plenty of rest.  Call your doctor if you don't feel better, soon.

YOU SHOULD be asking: Your OB that question, that is part of your ob's job, you can have some lochia that should keep getting lighter for 3-4 weeks sometimes longer if you are having heavy bleeding or it was light then gets heavier you may ahve a problems with your uterus like it is not inv0luting properly or retained tissue, if you are worried your OB can do an exam blood work and ultrasound, i tell my pts what to exp.

Be wealthy!: Hire a nanny and a housekeeper.  Unfortunately, this takes money.  See if you can get friends and family to help you out to help reduce your stress.

YOU MUST ASK: That to your OB and your OB should tell u that after u deliver without u having to ask, the usually time period is after your OB does your 6 weeks check to make sure everything is back to normal if you had no episiotomy or c-section then u could move the pp check up up to 5 weeks but u need to ask your OB as your OB knows your situation.

NOT NORMAL: Please see your obgyn u need an exam , cultures to r/o infection, blood work like quant bhcg to r/o post partum molar pregnancy and ultrasound to r/o retained poc, or other causes.
