Pelvicaliectasis: Pelvicaliectasis is a dilated renal pelvis and calyces. It is not synonymous with the word hydronephrosis. Pelvicaliectasis exists when the renal pelvis and calyces are dilated without any evidence of obstruction.   Common causes of pelvicaliectasis include an ileal loop diversion, prune belly syndrome, multicystic dysplastic kidney, and polycystic kidney disease.  See a nephrologist soon.

These  may not  be: These may not be related. You need to see your physician and not go to the hospital. It will save  a lot of money staying out of the ER. Your evaluation will be to see if the two are related, may incude imaging including a chest  film and possibly a CT or  MRI

Acute Abdomen: If the symptoms described started after a horse fell on the abdomen, there might be a bleed somewhere or a fracture of the pelvis. Please seek urgent medical help at ER.

Groin/thigh pain: Usually a pulled muscle does not  cause lymph node swelling. Lymph nodes usually swell in infection rarely in tumor. Groin LN usually drain the leg/ vaginal/vulva area. Also consider possible clot/hematoma( bleeding into soft tissue from trauma) if thigh pain ( though clots usually don't cause LN swelling). Would seek medical attention today, one can get an  infection rather easily  and quickly

Possibilities: Many come to mind.  Could be infected tooth/teeth, gum infection, virus, oral bacterial infection, sinus infection, Gerd, etc.  Start with your Dentist.  If dental/oral cause ruled out,nthen next step is to see your Physician.  Pain and swelling should not be ignored.

: I would think the next step would be a CT scan of the neck.  Findings indicate a chronic process.  Concern would be for malignancy of the left lobe of the thyroid gland. A biopsy will most likely be recommended to obtain a tissue diagnosis.  An experienced head and neck surgeon should be involved in your care.

See oral surgeon: The sac that surrounds your impacted wisdom  tooth has become infected.  In addition to infection these areas sometimes can undergo malignant changes. I recommend you have the tooth out asap.

Not sure: Can be a lot of things.  If you get persistent pain or fever or change in bowel function or habits you might want to consult a physician.  Your appendix in in the right lower quadrant as is your muscles, bladder, and in the case of femals uterus and ovaries.
