i started getting a pain in my lower right quadrant of my abdomen today as well as lower back pain today that comes and goes. what could this be?

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower abdomen), kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, an ovary problem, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's re-evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis that would need surgery.

been put on adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) works wonders except for a back ache in the lower left and lower right quadrant.  go off of it and back pain stops.  any ideas?

Muscle tension?: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can cause increased muscle tension as well as anxiety, I wonder if this could be related to physical tension in the muscles in your back , also possibly related to your physical position.

i have severe abdominalpain around my navel to the right side and back pain in the mid to lower quadrant.  but am shaking and get dizzy when i stand.

Go to ER now!: If you still have pain now, please go to an ER right away. Severe abdominal pain that does not respond in 30 minutes or less, needs urgent evaluation.  The cause may be something simple, but, can also be due to something serious.  Get checked now, if it still hurts.

While : While a biopsy is usually necessary to determine the specific nature of a tumor, it is often possible to tell with great certainty from a ct scan that a mass is malignant.

In all likelihood, you will need a biopsy both to confirm the radiologist's supicions and also to determine exactly what type of cells are involved.  Even if it is a cancer, the specific cell type would be critical in determining what type of therapy is best.

im just getting off 4 days of diaherrea. however im still having some uncomfortability in my abdomen, mostly my right quadrant of my abdomen and some back pain. stools are loose/diaherrea so i think its done now, but just wondering if normal. thx?

: As long as you don’t have sharp, severe pain when pressing on the belly, you can observe for a few days to see if it resolves completely.

Wbc not cons w: An elevated white count is not common with gastritis. Have they checked your pancreas? Your pain could be referred from the stomach, pancreas or intestines. The spleen sits at the upper left quadrant too...
Hard to say without the full exam and labs to look at.

RUQ pain: Could be sphincter of oddi dysfunction.  This is the sphincter that controls the drainage of bile into the intestine.  Yo may want to get a consult from a GI that performs ercp.  Sometimes people that have your symptoms benefit from opening the sphincter endoscopically and preventing sphincter spasm.

See a doctor: Compression of the nerves in the thigh or lower back and other causes such as appendiciits, hernias, back problems or hip problems can lead to pain. You should rule out hip problems such as a 1) stress fracture, 2) avascular necrosis, 3) transient osteoporosis, 4) arthritis, 5) labral tears 6) infection. Muscle injury/tendinitis around the hip joint may also cause your pain.

when im lying on my back, having a sort of lump in my right lower quadrant that moves. when i try to press it, it moves away?
