i havehad pyelonephritis for a month.. at least that's what  i was told by a doc... i an having lower back pain , tummy blotting really bad and pain when i urinate.. could you tell me if that's still the same thing..

Miscarriage : the first cycle after a miscarriage sometimes is a late, heavier cycle. You may have an increase in clots and cramping. This is very common after miscarriage or D&amp;C.

: I dont understand 'blotted'. If you dont have vaginal bleeding and are moving your bowels you should be OK But if pain is bad it is best to see your MD rightaway.

Many reasons: There are a number of reasons for lower abdominal pain.  If the cycle has already ended it may not be related to that.  It could be anything from a urinary tract infection to a bowel problem. Like anything else, if it persists, get it checked.

You're describing cramping with stools so mucus may also be produced due to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, rectal dysfunction, infection, ; even from secretory villous rectal tumors. No bleeding, weight loss, fever, tenderness...Right?  Call your doc to get checked esp. If these issues r present.
