I can: The major differences are in the physical exam not the description of pain and other subtlites fever strong smelling urine abnormal ua lean toward kidney pain kidney stone pain is very specidic colic severe.

ive been having lower back pain recently & im not entirely sure if its muscular or internal. the pain is severe in the morning as i get out of bed however fades away during the day. i have a feeling it might be my kidneys.
