More likley muscles: Back pain on both sides of the body are often confused with pain from the kidneys. When in doubt, see your doctor in person for a proper evaluation.

It can be either: Low back pain can be caused by many problems.You will need certain tests to find the cause eg.Urine, xrays etc. Seeyour family doctor sooner than later.
