Nonspecific: The pain you describe could be due to a number of different possibilities - facet (joint) mediated pain, si joint pathology, herniated disc, degenerative disc, etc. I would recommend further evaluation with a physician.
Dr. Udit Patel
Pain Management 19 years experience
Evaluation Needed: After a proper history, physical exam and any necessary imaging (x-ray/mri) is obtained and reviewed a sufficient diagnosis can be made. Treatment may include but is not limited to ice, heat, massage, nsaid's, physical therapy, chiropractic, orthopedist, and pain management.
