Facial twitch: I believe these twitches are similar to the twitches people get in their eyelids.  Usually it goes away within 6 weeks or so.  There are other causes such as caffeine, stress, alcohol, electrolyte imbalances and excessive fatigue.  Feel better.

SeveralPossibilities: Most cases of a twitching lip may be due to stress, fatigue, emotion, excessive caffeine intake or some deficiency in the diet such as potassium. Lip twitching in most cases is self-limiting, disappearing in minutes or maybe in a few days without any residual problems. Probably nothing: Twitching of the small muscles of the face is common, but rarely pathologic.  This finding is most commonly associated with fatigue, overuse or other forms of stress.  I would not be surprised if you are working long hours on something and not getting enough sleep.  You can use B complex vitamins which some believe help with this symptom, but I suggest plenty of sleep and relaxation- be well!

Probably not: What you are experiencing could be an phenomenon related to nerve regeneration. You may watch and wait. If the symptoms do not improve in three weeks or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

for the past week, the right side of my neck and head has been feeling tight and sore. sometimes a burning pain. the pain comes and goes. today my lip muscles are twitching a lot. i made a dr. appt for wed. what can i do to reduce the lip twitching?

: It's good that you're to be examined by a physician in a few days. I recommend omitting caffeine. You could try taking a.magnesium supplement recommended by your pharmacist. These measures may reduce the lip twitching in the meantime.

Hard to say.: These are not common side effects of either of these meds.  Lip twitching can be due to a variety of other issues most of which are benign, but the facial soreness is a little bit more concerning.  Really depends upon where the soreness is located.   Could represent a variety of dermatologic conditions or even sinusitis or dental issues.
