Anxiety: The description and transient nature of your symptoms suggest it's not due to anything of significance. The most likely cause would be anxiety. The more you focus on the area the more likely you will notice it. If the symptom should become more severe check with your doctor in the unlikely chance an underlying medical illness is causing it.

While spots on lip: always make me worry about actinic cheilits or precancers on the lip. I would see dermatologist to make sure of diagnosis and treatment

See a dentist ASAP: They have combined expertise in histopathologic diagnosis, clinical diagnosis and treatment of the tongue problems. Fortunately, the majority of lip problems are not serious and most can be resolved quickly, however, any white spots on lips require medical attention as it could be due to a more serious condition.

for going on 2 days now, i have had a strange sensation/numbness on the left side of my face by mainly lower lip & nose. what could be the cause?

Trigeminal nerve: You have a problem with the 5th cranial nerve, which is called the trigeminal nerve. You're describing symptoms consistent with that -the middle branch of it in fact. You should call your doctor today and try to be seen. If you develop any rash in that area, you need to go to the ER now and ask for an Infectious Diseases doctor (someone who would know about shingles). Lyme or other causes possible

Tingling: Tingling on both sides, in the face, and in an arm means there is no one location or side of the brain that is causing it. Tingling is an indication of irritation to nerves (or neuropathy), which can be from a metabolic problem (Eg, very low calcium) or from a diffuse skin problem causing the itching (such as hives or urticaria). Hyperventilation (breathing too fast) can cause tingling too.

: There could be tingling even if there was no scar. It is unlikely to be rabies, I think anxiety may be heighteing the sensitivities and the sensation. I wonder if you have had herpes infection (cold sore or chickenpox) in the past, that may also heighten sensitivities and tingling.

i had a dime size bump on the outside of my lower lip when i ate few spoons of ice cream, i felt a burning senstation i put rubbing alcohol and vanish?

Depends: I would need a little more information and to see it to know for sure.  If it went away quickly, it may have been a pimple.  It could have been a cold sore.  If it happens again and does not go away, have it looked at.
