Yes, be concerned: Pain in the abdomen that hurts more with touching and movement can be a concerning sign. She could have a urinary tract infection, or a problem with her bowel. If the pain is significant, i would not wait until morning and take her in tonight to a local er for evaluation. I mild pain and no vomiting, could watch closely and bring her in first thing in the morning to doctor.

Pain: Sounds like some sort of infection as you have a fever.  On your left side/abdomen the most common infection or issue for someone your age is either a kidney issue like pyelonephritis or a stone or if pain is lower down is some ovarian process.  Less likely for your age is diverticulitis.  I would go in for an exam to help determine cause and proper treatment.

Location of Symptoms: The location of the symptoms is in the region of the stomach and pancreas. Would be good to try and figure out when/why symptoms are arising and see if there is a consistent trigger for them (eg. Does it get worse/better when you eat?). In general a loss of appetite and consistent pain warrant an evaluation with doctor.

wife has 101.8 fever & some left stomach pain. chills. headache. hard to walk. is it flu? fine yesterday.  woke up this am with tickle in throat.

Sounds viral: The fever, chills, headache can be flu symptoms. One thing to consider is mononucleosis which is also a viral infection. Worsening of the sore throat associated with swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, and pain in the stomach area may further suggest  mono.   Control the fever and encourage fluid intake . If your wife is not better in two days you should get her to a doctor for evaluation.

Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. to figure out.

Could be: Appendicitis begins and general stomach pain and then will migrate to right lower abdominal pain with fever and nausea. You need abdominal CT scan
