Depends: It depends if you have been involved in some type of trauma, then i would see a physician.  If it is local, then it should get better with time.  If not getting better, then see a physician for further work-up.

May or may not be: It depends on how well the Hep b is controlled as it can involve blood vessels and cause back pain. Your physician can clarify this

Back pain: It is hard not to worry when you care about your loved ones. It is likely the two issues are unrelated. I think you are doing very well in monitoring the progression of the symptoms. I encourage that you check with his pediatrician for adequate examination to see if the two problems are significant enough to warrant further diagnostic testing or treatment. These symptoms suggest lymphoma, with other possibilities including chronic abscess and tuberculosis.

You're going to see a doctor about this sooner or later.  Why wait until you have to be carried in?  See a doctor now.

Try to relax: I know it's easier said then done but remember that there are many causes for low back pain other than cervical cancer.  For your age advanced cervical cancer is rare.  I know that you have already had your Pap smear completed and are just awaiting the results and that's fine but I would make sure that you aren't ignoring the many other possibilities that could be contributing to your symptoms.

Possible Sciatica: HI, 
Lower back pain is frequent if you have weak core muscles. So work on building up muscle in abs and back. It mayy also be pain caused by the Sciatic nerve. A commom problem.

i became slightly bloated 2 days ago, pain at front belly area when pressed, and dull lower back pain sometimes. now partially constipated with small movements being passed. i began cutting bread from diet 1 week before this started, should i worry?

: Sounds like early constipation that may get worse. Examine your fluid intake: in cold weather people often cut back on fluids or drink more caffeinated warm drinks adding to dehydration and constipation drink 80-100 ounces per day and avoid caffeine/alcohol. Try a suppository or fleet mineral oil enema before it gets worse. Cutting out bread has not contributed to this.

Arthritis: There are many causes of low back pain.  The most common cause is usually related to degenerative changes to the discs or joints of the lower spine.  It is common for this type of arthritis to be worse in the morning and improve throughout the day.  If your pain lasts greater than 2 weeks be sure to see your physician.
