Finish statement plz: Sounds as if you meant to finish with the words "pregnancy test." Is that true? If you did then, what were the results?  If they were negative it could be that you took the test prematurely. Pregnancy tests are typically best done when the period Has been missed.  Not before unless you are using EPT's but even they are not sensitive unless you are within about five days of the expected date.

Gas or kidney stone: If your pain relieves in passing gas then it is likely gas pain. If the pain is constant or comes in waves it could be a kidney stone. The other possibility is ovarian cause of pain. You should be evaluated by your primary care physician.

This: Could be hormonal changes resulting in Premenstrual Symptoms or the start of a virus. If there is concern for pregnancy despite being on Mirena, (levonorgestrel) a home pregnancy test may be helpful. If more concern a follow up appointment with your primary care would be indicated.

May be inflammation: This may be inflammation from a Mirena (levonorgestrel) that has moved.  This can happen but the Mirena (levonorgestrel) must be removed so see your gynecologist.

Vasoconstriction: Dayquil have dextromethorphan which cause stomack upset and phenylephrine which constrict blood vessels and cause high blood pressure--stop using the medicine till this side effects resolve--if persistent get yourself checked.

Not sure why: Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives ; other meds, illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., pcos).
