Depends on exact: Location of hemangioma, but get an opinion from a neurosurgeon if your doctor thinks hemangioma is cause of your pain.

Nerve impingement can be caused by being sandwiched between two spinal bones, pressed by a bulging disc or encroached upon by bony overgrowth. Rec.: see an interventional pain management specialist for further investigation.

Neurosurgeon: I feel that a neurosurgeon is best qualified to evaluate you and he will review your images with the radiologist. A hemangioma is a growth of blood vessels and occur in various parts of the body. Something appears to be pressing on a nerve root coming out of the spine(like a disk).

had colonoscopy 3 days ago. had lower back pain prior. now have mild soreness in my left hip /side area. think its related to lower back issues. really dont want radiation from cat. could this be a puncture this high up near the hip?

: I agree that your hip,side discomfort is more likely to be of musculoskeletal nature. If the colon was perforated I would expect pinpoint pain and expanding tenderness in the lower left abdomen with subsequent fever &amp; chills and bloating. Rectal bleeding also may occur. If you still have concerns notify your MD or the gastroenterologist of your current discomfort.

Strain: Could be strain, sciatica, arthritis, herniated disk, kidney stone or infection  among other causes. Try to have sex in different position  and see physician for evaluation.

but you talk about clicking sound of the hip which is due to tendon, or effusion around the hip
get it checked you need exam, imaging.

This is coccygodynia: This is musculoskeletal and called coccygodynia. It is  a musculoskeletal syndrome. Sonetimes it can be helped  by an injection in the area. Uncertain it is related to the hysterscopy/DNC but depends on the position you were in at the time. You can see your physician and discuss yor options for this diagnosis.

Lumbar disc: Due to positioning you may have a slipped lumbar disc.  See your PCP.  You may need a MRI

? meloxicam: There are two dosing strengths 7.5mg / 15mg

you are not to exceed 15mg per day.

So if you are taking 7.5mg a day normally - then another 7.5mg taken about 12 hrs later is okay. 

If you are on 15mg per day then you should not take another tab.

when i was younger i almost fractured my back. do you think the pain in my hip/leg is connected to the lower back pain?

Very possible: Ligaments get injured in falls even if there is no fracture. Weak ligaments cause hip leg and back pain.
