? meloxicam: There are two dosing strengths 7.5mg / 15mg you are not to exceed 15mg per day. So if you are taking 7.5mg a day normally - then another 7.5mg taken about 12 hrs later is okay. If you are on 15mg per day then you should not take another tab.
