Call the doctor: Ovulation can cause cramping, but there is a small chance of infection from inseminations (iui). A fertility clinic performing an IUI preparation should see signs of infection such as white blood cells in the sperm, before proceeding to 'wash' the sperm (prepare it for iui). If there is an obvious infection they would tell you not to do an IUI this month, but you can still have timed intercourse.

i had iui done 2day. i have been on 75mg of diclac yesterday and 2day for low back pain. will this affect chances of getting pregnant?

NSAID and pregnancy: The answer is yes. 
- diclac may make it more difficult to become pregnant. You should not take tablets unless absolutely necessary if you are planning to become pregnant or if you have difficulty in becoming pregnant.
- do not take diclofenac when pregnant unless your doctor advises it. This is what the manufacturers advised on the insert.

why am i having cramps and lower back pain after my period? i ended my period on the 4th of this month and today i woke up with horrible cramps!

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

i havent had a period since feb 7-11. i was on depo for 12 week. i now have a brown sticky discharge and lower back pain after having unprotected sex?

Unclear causes: After having "depot" birth control injection medicine periods can become irregular.  Pain and colored discharge are not normal after sexual intercourse.  Please seek a doctor evaluation ASAP and have a physical / pelvic exam.   Good luck.

what could this lower back pain possibly be? it started suddenly as a sharp pain on the right side of my lower back couple months ago. now the pain is mild but annoying. its worse when i bend over or if i sit long periods of time, muscles feel tense?

: It is not usual to have a sharp one sided back pain for your age group. It sounds like a pinched nerve. May need x-rays of the lower back and MRI to diagnose the problem.

Back pain: Anti-inflammatories, Ibuprofen or naproxen, usually work well for menstrual cramps and back pain.  Combine this with hot tea to help you relax.  A heating pad to the back can help as well.

Speak with your gyn: Low back pain during a menstrual cycle can be a sign of endometriosis. Your gyn  doctor can help you find the cause of your pain and discharge.

Quite common: Lower abdominal and low back pain is actually quite common during menstrual flow. As long as it resolves once the period is over, she should be fine. Motrin/aleve can be quite helpful for such symptoms related to menstrual pain etc...If symptoms are severe, consult doc for eval/treatment. Wish her luck for me.
