last night i felt a 5 sec come and go tingling on my right lower back. i dont feel any urinary difficulties, no pain while urinating. could it b uti?

Not likely: With UTI you usually get burning and frequency and maybe pain just below ribs on either or both sides in back. Not really tingling especially fleeting as you describe.

i have upper right back pain, lower back pain, and some uti symptoms, but two urinalysis came back normal. dark urine sinks to bottom. whats wrong? peeing a lot at night, which isnt normal for me.

Workup required: Further work up is likely required at this point. Sediment in the urine is never normal and may be a sign of a more serious condition that should be identified as soon as possible. Please seek in-person care, the work up of urine sediment is complex and requires close follow up.

Sure could: Any burning with urination? That usually goes with it. Pain the back may mean that it is creeping up the ureters to the kidneys. You want to be careful for that. Fever? I would get  a urine test done!

See your doctor: Call your doctor to let him/her know that you have extreme pain post uti. It may or may not be related, but it has to be documented and treated. Let him/her know if the pain is continuous, sharp, achy, or only at certain times (urinating, or only occasionally). So, they can pinpoint further what the cause is. The urogenital system is important starting from the kidneys to bladder to ureters.

my lower back area hurt when i move suddenly i do have a sciolosis but its just a little.and i also have a uti i can't even dance anymore.what can i do?

Worsening UTI: You should be reevaluated if you have been on antibiotics and you are still having pain. Try drinking as much water and cranberry juices. But also monitor other symtpoms. You should follow up with your doctor in the next 2-3 days since you are worsening. This could be a sign of a bad UTI involving the kidney (pyelonephritis). You should have a urine culture done.

Yes: You not always get burning on urination or fever, particularly early on during the development of the inflammatory process/infection.

Resistant bug: Quite possible that you got a ug resistant to abx you took. Check urine culture. You may need a different abx.

Ovulation: Sounds like it's related to ovulation. That would be an odd presentation for uti, usually burning with urination and need to go badly/suddenly are associated with uti.

back pains: Several possibilities. E.G. You may have a pelvic infection or a std if you have had unprotected sex.  Call your doctor for an appt. For a pelvic exam and check up for your symptoms.
