Cysts: I assume these were pilonidal cysts. If you healed with a lot of scar tissue then this can be painful. There are many options for getting the pain reduced. I would suggest you see a pain doctor.

Well: You have a significant history for one so young.  You need to see your doctor for an exam. Most likely a back issue but with your history there are many things that have to be ruled out

Back Cysts: You may be referring to a "pilonidal cyst, " which is a small congenital persistence of an embryonic tube that fails to completely disappear and will sometimes get infected and cause pain and a small amount of fluid discharge in the midline near the coccyx. There are other types of cysts that your dermatologist can differentiate.

Cyst: This is unlikely to be serious. Cysts are usually harmless. It is a good idea to have it checked by a PA or APRN.

Cysts : There are times when an injury or inflammmed hair follicle will develop a cyst . Other times it is random.  See a dermatolgist if the cysts are enlarging or becoming red or sore.

Cyst: This needs to be checked by your doctor to get the correct diagnosis for treatment recommendation. Sometimes the mass could be putting pressure on underlying nerves and cause pain.

A benign issue: Tarlov cysts are benign outpouches of the spinal fluid at nerve root levels and are not symptomatic usually. It will not cause constipation at all.

Look to the diet and the lack of probiotics and adequate fiber for the reason for constipation.

Possibly: Ovarian cysts and other causes of female pelvic pain can also cause referred pain to the lower back.  If your doctor has ruled out other more common causes of lower back pain, such as muscle strain, then a gyn exam would be in order.
