???: Your uterus is supposed to involute or get smaller with time, it does not go up but shrinks smaller, hopefully u do not ahae any prolapse everything is pretty much normal by 6-8 weeks.

There may be an : Explanation - as I understand the question you are a pinched feeling behind the navel and a low uterus - I presume uterine prolapse? If so, maybe it's tugging on the urachus, which is a structure that used to be blood vessels to/from the navel while you were a fetus that has since before a ligament which goes from the bladder to the umbilicus. See your doctor: I believe you meant to type "need to pee"? A urinary tract infection (UTI) may be the cause of your symptoms.  Pain meds may help the pain, but do not eliminate the bacteria, so you should contact your doctor.  Antibiotics may be needed.

Threatened miscarry: While bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy is common, it is also concerning.  Because the pregnancy is so early, the pregnancy hormone (HCG) level can be followed to look for appropriate rise and then a repeat ultrasound withing 5-7days can be performed to look for appropriate development.  Be sure to contact your doc for heavy bleeding with clots or severe pain.  Good luck.

: Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.
