: No harm in that. sometimes they do heal by themselves. You can always have surgery specially if  symptoms not bad- avoid constipation, try Sitz baths 3x a day and keep area clean. Good luck

Yes: Most of fistulas will heal in their own and it needs atleast 6 weeks.Make sure you keep high fiber diet, proper hydration and if you feel it s getting worse, see a doctor.

Obvious symptoms: The aorta is the high-pressure, biggest artery coming out of the heart. A small fistula connected to it would have high pressure blood squirting out with each heartbeat. That means a person would be throwing up lots of blood or pooping out lots of blood.

Fistula : Don't know of a reason that a coronary fistula would cause a drop in BP if the BP was normal or elevated in the past . Consult your doc to see if there are other reasons.

Check With Doctor: The surgeon (or a nurse in the office) should be able  to answer this. Generally, the doctor will want to see you for follow-up after most any surgery anyway. The surgeon knows what s/he had to do to correct the fistula and can best judge how long it should be until  full healing occurs.

See a specialist: Someone with a lot of experience with fistula repair, as they can be difficult. But leaving it alone can cause recurrent infections from stool getting into the vagina.

my cutting seton procedure for anal fistula went wrong doctor went throug a wrong hole now it is way better and it has only one small opening that causes discomfort when i seat, is it likely it will heal on it is own?i feel like i do see improvement?
